Learn more about New York City Fire Museum NYC

At One World Observatory, guests are first greeted in the Global Welcome Center, then will learn personal stories of the men and women who built One World Trade Center. Next, guests are provided a close up view of the very bedrock on which the building stands. You will then board an elevator to ascend to the 102nd floor in under 60 seconds. Immersive, floor-to-ceiling LED technology in the cab invites guests to experience a virtual time-lapse that recreates the development of New York City’s skyline from the 1500s to present day. After a short video presentation, you'll head to the main observatory. On the 100th floor, you will experience expansive, 360-degree views of the city and beyond, as well as the Sky Portal, a 14-foot wide circular disc that delivers an unforgettable view, using real-time, high-definition footage of the streets below. It is best to purchase your tickets in advance online. One World Observatory also offers access to casual and fine dining eateries.
