The Broadhurst Theater is one of the Shubert Theater group's most consistently booked theaters. It was built in 1917; seating capacity is 1,156. As one of the Great White Way Broadway Theaters, this theater is located in the famous Broadway Theater District, home to over 40 theaters within a 10 block strip of Manhattan (from 53rd Street to 42nd Street, between 6th and 8th Avenues).
